Delete your SnapNPack account

This page covers the SnapNPack website (app.snapnpack.pro) and the SnapNPack apps for Android and iOS. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the app or on the website

  1. Sign in, or open Account and tap Delete account.
  2. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in

  1. Email hello@snapnpack.pro from the address on your account.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my SnapNPack account". Never send your password.
  3. We may reply to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your account: name, email address and account ID
  • Saved plans and scan history
  • Business profile, branding and customer leads (Business plan)
  • Your subscription status (any paid plan is cancelled)

Room photos are never stored: they are deleted as soon as analysis completes.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Payment records (what was purchased, amounts, dates): up to 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs: up to 90 days, then deleted.
  • A record that you asked for deletion and when we completed it.
  • Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can't identify you.
